Reach Out and Take Action

Q Athletics provides athletes age-appropriate, functional movement, speed and strength training in a competitive and balanced manner. Bobby is committed to the whole-person development and stresses the importance of school and character while providing the best training environment I’ve seen. I’ve seen speed, agility and strength gains directly contribute to on-field performance in my son and other student athletes I’ve coached in youth sports who now excel in HS athletics. To top it off, we consider Bobby to be a very positive adult influence in our son’s life. I have and will continue to recommend Q Athletics to our closest family friends. There is no higher endorsement.

My son started working with Bobby (Q Athletics) a few years ago. We were looking to clean up his running form and make him lighter on his feet, more athletic in his movement etc. He was always fast, but did not move like a natural athlete. That first icky shuffle on the agility ladder was down right ugly and I knew my son had a lot of work ahead of him. As the days, weeks and months passed, I started to see some noticeable improvements. His body movement was much more fluid, balanced and mechanically correct which in turn increased his speed even more. This evolution he was going through starting paying dividends on the field, not only from a physical standpoint, but mentally as well. His confidence level soared because the training was working and was giving him a leg up over his competition. The speed, strength and agility training at Q Athletics has far exceeded my expectations and has been absolutely instrumental in getting my son to the next level in his game.
